All prices listed on the Site are in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payment methods accepted are specified on the Site and during the booking process. For certain services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

4.4 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, stylist illness, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund.
